Welcome to Light For Life, the charity which delivers screening and optical assistance to remote villages in Romania.

Optical health resources are available to us here in England but in Romania an astonishing amout of the population have never had an eye test and are suffering with extremely poor vision.

Light For Life provides professional vision care volunteers equipped with tools and supplies to screen and provide testing, free lenses and frames for villagers.

There is not a greater gift than giving back sight, Light For Life is funded through your vision to donate personally, or by taking advantage of the excellent service of Frames4Free, where all profits go to funding more journeys and materials to help the people of Romania live a better quality of life through sight.
